- Bank Levies/Wage Garnishments. If you are reaching out because a creditor has levied on your bank account(s), then I recommend you go to www.NJBankLevySurvivalKit.com and get a free download to help you get at least some of the money back. Do not schedule a call, unless you owe the creditor over $10,000 and need assistance negotiating a payment plan. The same is true for wage garnishments; I cannot help you with those.
- Traffic Tickets/DUI. I help lots of folks deal with traffic tickets to avoid points, license suspension, and/or jail. Before scheduling a call, though, check the upper right hand corner of the ticket to note the town. If it is in Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Salem or Cumberland County, New Jersey, please feel free to schedule a call. If it is outside those counties, I cannot help you.
- Expungements. I assist people in expunging their criminal record for charges that arose out of Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Salem or Cumberland Counties. If your charges arouse outside those counties, I cannot help you; please do not schedule a call.
- Federal Student Loans. If you are having problems with your federal student loans, I will need information on your loans first to determine if I can be of assistance. - Private Student Loans. If you owe student loans to New Jersey's HESAA or to a private bank and are in default, then definitely schedule a call to discuss. I have helped many people get into affordable repayment plans.
- Bankruptcy. I have helped folks file bankruptcy to get a fresh start for over 30 years. If you live in Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Salem or Cumberland County, New Jersey, please feel free to schedule a call.
- Estate Planning. Everyone should have an estate plan. But you shouldn't have to travel too far to meet with an attorney to get one. Therefore, I only do estate planning for folks that live in Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Salem or Cumberland County (i.e. not too far from my Woodbury, Gloucester County office).
